Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We ship our products as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for production time. During Holidays, production time can increase to 3-5 business days.
Chic's orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a shipment is not delivered due to an error made by the customer submitting incorrect information, Chic will reship the package with the corrected address at the customer's expense.
Standard domestic shipping times are generally between 2-14 days. All shipments are shipped from Orleans, Ottawa.
We do ship internationally. International Shipping rates start at $15. Free shipping is not available for International Shipments. Your international shipment is subject to additional taxes/duties. All customs taxes/duties/fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
In order to help us help you, please have your order number handy. All returns must be approved by our customer service representatives, so please contact us via the email Info@laschic.com so we can give you a return authorization number
(RA #).
Customers should be aware of these conditions for the return process:
